1. Services & Appointments

Booking: Appointments may be scheduled by phone, online, or in person. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or accept a shortened service time.

2. SMS Messaging Program

Customers may opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Upscale Nails & Spa through our online booking form or other explicit consent methods.

Opt-In: When booking an appointment online, customers are presented with an optional, unchecked consent checkbox to receive SMS messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, receipts, and occasional promotional offers. Customers are not required to provide consent to complete a booking.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards.

Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 3 days so we can address the issue.

Please inform our technicians of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service.

We follow strict sanitation procedures in accordance with state regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Upscale Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

We are not liable for allergic reactions or injuries if relevant health information is not disclosed by the client.
